We are excited to accompany you and your child(ren) as they prepare for this exciting step in their life and relationship with God. As parents you are the most effective examples of faith to your children and with this in mind we are excited to be using Youcat & Youcat Confirmation Handbook as our workbooks for sacrament preparation.

These two workbooks will form young people in their faith, deepen their understading of the teachings of the Catholic Church and prepare them to engage more actively in their faith life as they grow older.

As part of the sacrament preparation in addition to the classes we will have a confirmation retreat. We are pleased to announce that Mike Landry will be leading our retreat at St. Mary’s. Mike Landry is a youth minister who serves as the chaplain to ten Catholic schools west of Edmonton.
